Terms & Conditions*

1. Children’s below 33″ height are admitted free(not applicable for school groups)
2. Children below 10 years must be accompanied by an adult.
3. Nylone Swimming costumes are compulsory to enjoy the water park facilities.
4. Costumes, tubes, towels, lockers etc. would be provided on rental basis in-site the water park.
5. All visitors are requested to get them checked for safety 7 convenience of their own.
6. Smoking cigarette, chewing tobacco/pan masala, consumptions of liquor and any other intoxicant or to carry them inside is not allowed.
7. Any kinds of arms and ammunition is not allowed while entering the park.
8. No outside food is allowed in the park.
9. No commercial photography and videography allowed in the park.
10. Facilities provided on rental basis against  refundable security are on first come first serve basis(subject to availibility)
11. If due to negligence on the part of the guest, anything is damaged the guest will be responsible and will reimbursh the cost of the damaged thing.
12. Tickets once sold shall not be refunded/transferred.
13. A ride/facility may be out of order on a particular day due to some technical reasons snag or any other reason, no refunds/consideration shall be made.
14. The management of THE MAASAI MARA does’nt own any responsibility for the loss of any personal belongings of the customer.
